HR Mission
Human Resources' mission is to support the University achieve its strategic goals through its people by providing:
- Strategic leadership, innovative and sound advice to the University in decision making and in the development of its plans, policies and practices.
- Development and support to managers in their roles as leaders and people managers to maximise the quality and contribution of their people.
- Clear and accessible human resources information and processes as well as accurate, timely and constructive advice and services to staff and the University.
- Support to staff in their personal and professional goals.
- Strategies to attract and retain talented staff.
